COILS
TREX srl is one of the italian LEADER’s firm, with more of decenal experience, in coils and boilers for hydrocleaners production by draft or sample. Thanks to new generation CNC equipments it’s able to manufacture a product with minimum tollerances, faithful to the draft or the sample provided by customer.
We used in production tempered matrices, specify for every kind of coils; this advice let to guarantee a product standard costant in time.
Coils are manufactured both in mono spiral and in double spiral, with addition of all particulars required, included parts in Inox steel.
Trex s.r.l. can produce a range of coils which development can change from 1 to 100 metres and over, with diametres from 80 mm to 600 mm.
Tig joints on pipes are made by CNC equipments and in part with continuous thread.
Every pipes used are certified and choosen in conformity with needs and performances that customer indicate in planning phase and pretend from finished coil.
Material used could be FE o INOX 304, with exercise pressure also over 300 bar. Diametres of pipes we used change from 3/8 to 1/2 inch.
Production quality is guaranteed also thanks to a careful phase of coils’ tests: each coil manufactured is tested on pressures that change from 300 to 400 Bar.
